The summer is really heating me down but I'm overcoming it, because i have put everything that are necessary for me to put place, I'm glad that we are pushing consistently as the New month is counting down gradually by gradually that is how we should keep on our push-ups exercise gradually by gradually to avoid breakdown on the process.
In my country there are only 2 seasons where only the dry season and the rainy season hit every year so I never know what summer is like because no matter how hot the weather is in my area the highest is only around 27-30 degrees I never go higher than that although maybe in other areas there are higher or even lower but in my area I never even feel higher than that.
But it does seem like summer for some people especially with a 4-season climate is a little annoying because it can reduce activity but enough salud by continuing to do activities and challenges.
This month I want to get back to increasing my push up total which has stalled a bit in the last 2 months for several reasons.
I want to start increasing at least 1 set where previously I was doing 5 sets x 30 and now maybe change it up a bit with 4 sets x 40 or maybe 5 sets x 35 push ups. I want to start from tomorrow because for the last 3 days I am still with the same activities where running, sit ups and 5 sets x 30 push ups are always the routine.
