Any newbies that have a good orientation in their first Bitcoin investments are always difference from those that just jump into the investments without understanding or having a background guide, all those types of newbies are not end well in their investments. Because they think they wise that’s why they prefer to work with their own decisions without being told by others, and if a person have knowledge about investments with difference people it allow them to get much experience on they can handle their future investment and also market volatility.

I will mention an investor who calculated that he has $30 a week that he will not need for the next few years. In this case, should he wait for someone else's approval or guidance before buying Bitcoin with the first $10 or $20?

I would personally tell investors at that level to start and then adjust their position size as needed to suit their own situation and needs. I say this because, while having a background guide may be an added advantage, there is no point in waiting for him to start. Because when an investor comes to teach him, he will probably advise him to start first if he has discretionary income. This does not mean that he is jumping in blindly, but that he will create an opportunity to learn through real experience after starting with small amounts.

Those investors who wants to know everything about bitcoin before they start investing may end up never investing because bitcoin is broad and it would take a very long time to understand deep concepts. knowledge is good, but it is more important to get started with your investment journey once you can relate to having discretionary income and you know how to buy. Knowledge gaining is a gradual process and it is a better scenario that while you advance your knowledge in bitcoin, you are also advancing in your accumulation journey by consistently buying and holding bitcoin as well.

Most investors unnecessarily keep postponing getting started because they feel they have not learned enough, but the best practice is to start small, and keep buying little quantities until you've learned enough to find your confidence to increase your buying amounts and get more quantities as you buy. prolonged procrastinations may lead to decision fatigue and in that case the investor might never even be able to have enough courage to kickstart his accumulation journey despite finding enough convictions. It is always better to get started early enough, so that the more you keep buying and stay in the market, the more you deepen your understanding about bitcoin, since naturally you'll be drawn to understanding more about an investment you consistently put your money into.

He was not able to tell us the level of knowledge that a newbie need to have before they can invest if they have their discreationary income, I think this has to tell us the level confusion some folks keep creating making look like what they are saying is right, there is no way he's gonna answer this question you ask.
@AYOBA won't tell me that he has not been following up discussion in this thread to understand that whether someone is a newbie that has little knowledge about Bitcoin or newbies that has no knowledge about Bitcoin but are starting their Bitcoin investment for the first time, as long as they have figured out their discreationary income, nothing should stop them from investing.

You have made great efforts at enlightening people on how to start their Bitcoin investment and how to continue in it and the necessary steps they need to avoid making mistakes. Unfortunately, some people find ways of twisting the facts which appear like misleading. Starting a Bitcoin portfolio is not supposed to be that complex based on what I have learnt, the investor can start the moment the discretionary income is figured out just like you said. After getting started, he will begin to learn on the process, seeing things he needed to do differently to get better result. Remember that building a Bitcoin portfolio is supposed to be a continuous process and if you are seeking to be expert and perfect from the beginning, you will be missing out on key aspect of it. This is I keep encouraging beginners to appreciate the beautiful of little beginnings.

I don't think there is any need to wait for anyone else's approval or perfect guidance here. If $30 per week is really his income and he doesn't need this money in the next few years then he can start DCA with a small amount. Suppose he keeps $10 out of $30 for an emergency fund and starts DCA in Bitcoin with $20. On the one hand financial backup will be gradually created on the other hand, investment experience will continue to grow and his portfolio will also continue to grow. It is not necessary to understand everything 100% and then start. Starting small, keeping position size according to your ability and learning along with investing  this is a more practical approach for me.

I don't want to make it mandatory to have basic knowledge at the beginning of investing. Because if a person is imposed such conditions at the beginning, he may not be mentally prepared. If someone does not know about the security of his wallet, he will start with small amounts on the exchange. This way he can learn with real experience. I think learning by using the exchange to start can be a step. But it is true that ultimately self-protection is the main thing. So until the person is ready about his security, he will keep his assets on the exchange, but later he will definitely keep his assets in his wallet for the long term.

The DCA method is the easiest to start investing and is the most successful in the long run. Everyone who has understood the importance of this strategy is investing using this strategy, and they can start investing in a very easy and simple way and then build everything else.
However, I think this depends on everyone's mentality. Because if you take it hard, then despite being such a simple strategy, it will seem very difficult to you, but if it is taken correctly, Bitcoin investment is not considered a very difficult thing, and investment is taken as very easy mentally. I believe that you can actually start this investment without any problems and manage it very easily, so you have to be mentally prepared first.

Bitcoin increases on the long run so if the coin drops someone with the motive of buying and holding it longer would recover because it still has the potential to go higher like it has done in the past, tell me why anyone wouldn't focus on buying and holding than give attention to trading.

Traders don't have such opportunity cause a coin that is lost is lost expect they use strategies like stop lose or make use of bots that would help them monitor trades, that's another expenses cause good bots are paid for. Such is not needed with investing, just patience and conviction.

So instead of gambling with the coin people should hold and allow it give them better rewards when it increases in the future.
