Yes, is the most valuable method but it require money you will be using to buy BTC monthly or weekly, because you can't invest in BTC and regret in the future. I have benefited from this DCA method some years back, because I did not allow people to discourage me to of the long hodling I applied to the BTC, and it helped me to achieve what other investors cannot achieve in 5 years to come.

I guess a lot of newbies have learned a lot from other people mistakes, that will make them not to invest what will  take their life. We have heard many stories about some people that lost money, because they feel they can accumulate BTC in the high price and sell in the low price to make profits, which is what some newbies have experienced from this DCA method.

How can something be boring to people and they will still be comfortable with it i mean that doesn't sound okay to me because I can not find something boring and yet be comfortable with it. I disagree with you on this an investor who knows what he or she is doing can never for a day say the DCA method is boring, where do you get this information? Because I'm finding it very difficult to believe because it's not even possible, the DCA method is the most reliable method and at same time allows any kind of investor whether rich Or poor to invest provided there is discretionary available.

No prepping needed once the newbie figures out the extent to which he has discretionary funds, he can get started investing in bitcoin.

He can use common sense to figure the extent to which he might need to learn more and the extent to which he might his adjust his starting amount up or down, since no one with common sense wants to lose money, even though with an investment, we do not necessarily look at short term profits (or losses) while we are building up our bitcoin holdings, which could take 4-10 years or longer depending on how aggressively and/or even how consistently such newbies can invest into bitcoin.


The purchase amounts might be small or large yet they would likely add up over the years and put the bitcoin investor in a better position for having had invested into bitcoin as compared with if he had not... especially after 4-10 years or longer and as long as he emphasize ongoing buying and holding rather than including any trading attempts or selling.


Don't be fucking around trying to trade... just keep building your BTC holdings for a couple of cycles without trying to play around with the price moves within.

After a couple of cycles, you would probably be in a better place both financially and psychologically if you are not gambling with your bitcoin and trying to act as if you know which way the BTC price might or might not move.


And, you think that you are smarter because you are intending to trade longer term timeframes (such as within the cycle) rather than shorter time frames (such as weekly).  I doubt that your  longer time frames are going to save you from screwing up.. since DCA tends to be better for investing rather than trading, and we are talking about investing in this thread, so if you are fucking around trying to time the cycles, then you are not investing, even though you can do whatever you like.


Yes. I gave you an example in which if a guy invests every week for a year then he has 52 investments after 1 year, 312 investments after 6 years and 520 investments after 10 years.

We estimate the best that we can. Of course, in the real world their is going to be variance, yet there is not need to get caught up in the weeds to be able to appreciate the thrust of the meaning of the points that are being made.

You seem to ongoingly want to get caught up proposing ways that you believe that you can outperform, and sure, maybe you might be able to do it, yet it likely is not going to make large differences in the whole scheme of things after 10 years, yet you are free to fuck around and see if there might be various ways that you might be able to do better and you might even feel better when you buy on certain dips along the way.

Exactly... and even guys who want to play around with dips may well be better off limiting how much they are setting aside to play with dips.. and if it is merely 10% or maybe 20% of their weekly allowance that is used for possible dip buying, then sure, it might mot be a BIG deal as long as the majority of their emphasis continues to be ongoingly on buying regularly, persistently, consistent on a weekly basis or whatever might be their BTC buying schedule that they have authorized for themselves..

And, sure some guys might go through some periods of experimentation, too, which there is nothing wrong with that, either, as long as they are not getting overly distracted from their main mission, which is ongoing bitcoin accumulation and building through ongoingly buying..

Newbies do not need to start out with self-custody to get started, and surely they can start out by storing their coins on an exchange (if they are making their first purchases on an exchange).

If they keep buying bitcoin weekly (or however frequently), then they likely will need to learn about private storage, especially as their stash gets larger and larger.

Of course, if they are starting out investing several thousand dollars, then it makes sense to figure out self-storage in a sooner timeline, even though they might still not need to figure out self-storage prior to getting started if they feel sufficiently comfortable with the exchange that they are using, even though we know that there are exchanges that should not be trusted for keeping large amounts of coins..

Sometimes some people think one need to have huge amount of money before they can get started with their Bitcoin investment, honestly we don't have to break a bank or become too rich before we can get started with our Bitcoin investment once we have our discretionary income available no matter how small it may be we can get started with it as long as it's been done for long consistently a good amount of Bitcoin can be accumulated.

I have seen many rich people in this world and many poor people live in this world. However, very few people have been able to invest in Bitcoin, only those who are able to take risks and can take the risk of investing in Bitcoin with their discretionary income can achieve success. In the current position, no additional money is required for Bitcoin investment and there is no need to be rich, so in this case, you can participate in Bitcoin investment only if you have a small amount of money by taking risks and adopting DCA and strategies.

Well, in as much as I will like to agree with your suggestion I will also like you to know that learning by ourselves is always very hard, perhaps if a newbie is not dedicated or committed to thier Bitcoin investment they might start deviating after incurring several losses that is why we need to have a mentor even though they don't provide us with all the informations we need but I believe they can be able give us the basic knowledge, after that we can decide to make our own consultation for more clarification since the informations they gave to us  is not sufficient or we are kind of having a doubt, I think this is the best way to learn instead of learning all by yourself because this will save us from incurring some unnecessary loss.

One thing I would like to add is that one of best way to accumulate bitcoin is to gather it in a way like you are paid in signature campaign i.e. every week on a particular day. This frees you from tension of choosing the right time to buy Bitcoin on a specific day in week. Like if my signature campaign pays me 100$ on every money and that campaign continuous for 4 years then I will be able to invest almost 20,800$ (5200x4) in to Bitcoin. Provided I have other source of income to meet my daily and emergency requirements this 20,800$ will remain intact after completion of 4 years. This 20,800$ will be able to give me good return, if its not touched for 4 years.  

I think he is not able to differentiate between trader and investor or he misunderstood. Because trading is a type of gambling with high risk but investment is not a matter of rush but a type of management with long term patience and discipline. So I don't think beginners dislike DCA strategy or it is a boring strategy for them. Rather it teaches new investors discipline and how to increase investment according to long term plan with patience.

Deciding which way to go you mean figuring out how much you will be investing with? If that's what you meant then you have to make it more understandable because some newbies or most of the members here might be a little bit confused when you said (deciding on which way to go) that's by the way. I think you're right the DCA strategy is a unique strategy more especially for beginners even though it is general strategy, but I think it is mostly used by beginners because most of the old investors might find it boring Which a beginner is likely not to get bored while going with the DCA strategy due to the fact that it minimize risk Because beginners we always want to start by taking low risk until they get used to bitcoin investment.
