KAT's talent can be used somewhere, he can win a championship if he leaves Minnesota Timberwolves. It's not yet late for him though, just like Kevin Love back then, he was averaging a double-double but the team is unsuccessful, however, when he transferred to the Cleveland Cavaliers, that's where he got his championship.
For him to win a title, he needs to think out the box and find another team that suits to his position,
Yep, he should go for at least a contenting team whether East or West.
Maybe he can go to Blazers or GSW, both teams need a big man who can really contribute not only to defend but also to provide offense,
If he can adjust and play according to what the team needs him to contribute. He can win a title before retiring, but if he chooses to
stay with Minnesota and continue to have his paycheck without pressuring himself, it's his decision to make.
On those two, I would say GSW, as he might have a reunion with Wiggins.
I'm not sure about the Blazers, it seems that they really lack something that even if Wiggins more there, they will still fall short of a championship.
Or Minnesota going into a rebuilding phase and kept him for at least 2 years and see how it blend.
