@JayJuanGee Oooo Bhai, that's impressive! Keep pushing but Bhai, I'd suggest adding gymnastic rings if it's too easy, which it seems rn or if you want to test yourself.
Pushups is almost as much as I can do, since I am no spring chicken. I am glad that I have worked up to being able to do 5 sets in a pretty short period of time (like maybe in 2-3 hours), especially since in the beginning I had to spread my 5 sets of pushups throughout the whole day in order to attempt to lessen my sense of overall fatigue and soreness, so I am feeling good that I am able to overcome the soreness more quickly.
There have been times that I have added lunges in order to work other parts of my body, and maybe I will try to add some of that back in from time to time.
2-3 hours period might sound too much to many ears but I can understand the reasoning behind it and it's the right approach. Yes, you'll never go wrong if you add other body parts.
I know you are stubborn and won't listen but once you hit your goal, which you should hit comfortably in a month or so. I'd say no need to ditch it completely (like you mentioned in another reply to Ognasty) but reduce the sets and reps and move to the next level by increasing the difficulty level like using a weighted vest or different variations of pushups etc because once you touch the 50-60 reps of clean pushups ballpark in one set then it means your body is hinting to you that dude it's too easy and I demand more resistance.
I'm not ONLY stubborn, but I also ONLY have so much energy to add more exercises, and surely over the past 8 months I had been doing some experimenting, including that I have had some sessions that I had gotten up to 75 pushups in one set, but so frequently I am stuck between 50 and 60 pushups in a set, and even that quantity is not ongoingly easy to keep doing, and if I try to go really slow with the pushups (such as averaging 1.5 seconds per pushup rather than right around 1 second per pushup or even 0.8 second per pushup), then I might ONLY be able to do between 20-40 pushups in a set depending on how slow I go and/or how I am feeling on that day (during that set).
I am sharing my first day experience here. I saw the enthusiasm to participate in this challenge a few days ago but today I directly participated in this challenge. In the beginning, I couldn't figure out how many sets of push ups to do. Since I'm doing push ups after a long time I decided to break it up into a few sets. I did 10 push ups in three sets and rested for two minutes between each set which helped to reduce my body fatigue.
After a long time doing pushups, my body felt quite light and my mind was exhilarated. Maybe push ups are good for keeping my body in shape.
My first day challenge report is,

Welcome to the pushup challenge.
Sometimes when you do pushups you won't feel sore until the next day and even feeling sore for many days after your pushups depending on your age and other health factors. So you might have to see how you feel in the event that you are going to try to do pushups every day or perhaps on a less frequent basis.
Personally, I think that there is some value in doing pushups every day, yet of course, sometimes people might not want to do pushups daily, and if people have other activities and/or exercises, they might find it more convenient for themselves to do pushups on some other kind of schedule or maybe even less regimented.
Regarding your pushup report, you can see that I edited out part of your pushup report in my quoting of your post, so that DirtyKeyboard's script does not pick up my quoting of your erroneous report.
Your pushup report is not correct in regards to either the day or the date.. even though the date is optional since DirtyKeyboard's script will put in the current date if you have not put the date in there correctly, even though some of us do like to put the date in our our pushup reports (such as yours truly).
In your pushup report, you wrote the number of sets that you did rather than the number of days that you had been doing pushups, and you should have written the number of days that you have been doing pushups as 1.. so since it is your first day then after your username you should have written: 1,30,2024-10-10 (10-10 is the month first and then the day second).
If you edit your pushup report before midnight UTC, then DirtyKeyboard's script should be able to pick up your report and include the contents in the pushup table...
On the other hand, if you leave your pushup report like it currently is written, then DirtyKeyboard's script is going to put your information into the pushups' table as if you did 30 pushups over 3 days which is incorrect and the results will show 10 pushups per day..so it seems to me that it would be better to correct (edit) your pushup report, and not to have that error included in the pushups' table.
Actually it was done by mistake, I was offline when you were asking for a correction which I didn't understand even though you quoted me.I edited it today, hopefully @Dirtykeyboard will be able to get my name on his list correctly.
Today I did a few more push ups than the previous day. Today I also completed 11 push ups in three sets. My total number of push ups is,
30+33=66
My second day of push ups record,

Your date is still not correct in your report since that should have been written like: 2024-10-11. That is the way that the DirtyKeyboard's script has been written to read the date.
Another member quoted your erroneous report, so your correction might not get fixed until you get to reporting your day 4, unless DirtyKeyboard might be able to override the errors.
I think that DirtyKeyboard's script reads from the pushup report with the greatest number of pushup days. It is not a problem that your mistake is in the table, and you don't need to report every day, and then just report your total number of pushups on your day 4 or some day that is greater than 3, and then the next time that DirtyKeyboard's script runs (which is usually around midnight UTC every day), then the script will put your pushups into the pushups' table correctly... Then after that get used to submitting the proper format in your pushup reports and also perhaps keep your own records too.
