Had a long day but I was still able to do something, although I couldn't get to do the usual numbers but at least I got in something.
Offcourse, something is great and far better than nothing, and that's perfect. Sometimes work, involvements, weakness and even ill health can keep one away from daily push up routine or leave you with no strength. These are conditions some members use as excuses to remain sitting on the bench for days and gradually to weeks, which is not too good, because by the time they feel okay to come back, they might have weakened so much, while some would never even come back, a total drop out.
So reducing your numbers of push just do you can still push up a bit as you have done is the best thing to do, at least, it will boost your confidence and body. Weldon
It's a new day, and 130 push ups was added in 8 sets(20×5, and 10×3)
