Well, I just tried accessing my account on the casino from their telegram mini app and I did experience the same thing, after the site loads, one just gets a blank white or black screen depending on your systems darkmode setting; whether its turned on or off.

It's a general issue but also not permanent. Its not permanent in the sense that if after the site loads and you get the blank white or dark screen, just wait a while, maybe approximately a minute or two, and the full site will appear, I am assuming that after the initial loading, there is also some loading happening in the background which doesn't show any sign of.
I hope the team will look into this and fix the issue, as some gamblers who are in a hurry may get confused and think the site is not working and immediately leave, when they should have waited just a minute or two for the site to fully load and appear.

Yeah, I just checked and true, they are now working on the site, perhaps the devs are online here and reading the reviews haha 😂
All the same, happy they seem attentive to their customers and hard working enough to ensure customers have a good experience and satisfaction with their services.

And maybe this has been on for a while but I am honestly just noticing today, i and talking about that whale signature ads here on the forum, I am happy to see that they have taken this step, I am very active on telegram, and I am among the first set of persons who signed up and played games on whale casino when they first launched the casino, I am happy to see the progress they've made so far, and thanks to who ever introduced this forum to them for advertisement.

Don’t know if you’ve checked the spam box, although I didn’t have any issues when I had to sign up but most times, these could be due to glitches and when it doesn’t deliver in your primary mail, it could be in your spam box so, you could check that too, immediately after attempting a signup. You might have a couple of those previously sent codes there maybe. Even though it might no longer be useful but, should you not, the admins are there to see you through on this problem or perhaps it might just happen to be today’s thing.

Does anybody tried to play the Up-or-Down game on their Telegram app?
I wanted to ask because since yesterday, I'm receiving this message whenever I play the game. I tried to wait for another 3 rounds hoping that it will be fixed, but the same thing happened. I tried to close the app and re-open it and it's the same thing. Who here got the same experience as mine? Is there any solution to this one?



Like MonkeyTilt, maybe Whale.io will launch a review campaign in the future so that they will know what are the problems that their users are experiencing. It's good that they launched a signature campaign to add some exposure to the forum, but just by looking at the previous post on their ANN thread, seems like there are some that are experiencing some problems with their app.

You don't understand my point, there was no error during the email registration, it was very easy to register but the username is the only area we are asking the team to fixed, so for me I think I would wait till the team tell us if is allowed to sign up with the second option, however I believe they should be handling it now because I noticed that they have already wrote to the team about the experience some users are having.

I think this login process by email doesn't look reliable , from the customer point of view.

There is no option to login in, it looks like that i am always creating a new account and confirming my email.

My user is always called "noname" and I can't change it.

Imo, improving the login should be the top priority of the casino.

There are easy and fast solutions, like auth0, which allow you to login with Gmail or github .

What you are asking is valid, but it would be wise to wait for the team to respond to the issues. I'm not certain when they will be able to address all the problems we are facing as a community. However, if they have started their marketing campaign within the forum, it indicates that they are closely monitoring the ongoing issues. The team should handle all technical inquiries, as they are the ones with the expertise to resolve them.

I would love to see a review campaign. I am tagging the OP, @Whale, to address the issues that everyone is facing here. Once the questions from forum members are resolved, a review campaign should be initiated. I kindly request the team to come up with a resolution as soon as possible, as this is not what anyone would expect from a casino that has just begun its marketing campaign.

It's not in any of my folders I checked again today now after about 24 hours. But today, signing up, the email arrived immediately so I'm exploring Whale now. Does anyone know how to edit profile? It says NoName for me but I can't find a way to change it. So I guess same problem as @bitmover, does it mean we are always making a new account when we visit?

This is a bad start team. Changing usernames shouldn't be such a hassle for anyone and more people use the site to create an account when compared to Telegram which is why I am surprised to such low level issues not ironed out yet.

If y'all want to compete with the best of the best in this saturated industry, y'all need to up your game and figure things out quickly.
