Just an inquiry.
How does one change their username. It seems when you sign up and try to add some basic verification info, your real name is instead used as the profile username. Shouldn't we have some flexibility with username choice away from One's real names used when trying to verify the account?
As of now there's no change of user name yet, after the basic verification the first name field now used as the username of the player, also the profile still not yet configured yet. Before if you tried to register with the use of the telegram your username on TG will be the username of your account.
But you can change the name back, can't you? The first name is probably used, at least that's what it looks like when you read through the player lists.
But yes, I'm right there with you:
You should either generate completely generic usernames like BC.Game (and I think Betfury?) does, or give the player the option to choose their own username. In principle, the first name does not provide any direct indication of the person, but with the link to the e-mail address, Telegram and possibly here in the forum, that would still be too much private information for me that others don't need to know.
