That's a telegram sticker if I am not mistaken, that is, the sticker can be used on telegram, you can send it to your loved ones as gift for whatever occasion that it suits, or just for fun...
Not for fun at all by your following information.
Pavel Durov (the CEO of Telegram) sometime last year announced that the chat messenger is coming to an era where anyone will be able to convert and mint their telegram stickers as nfts which they can hold in their wallet or sell in the nft market to other sticker lovers and traders.
Basically though, I have not seen any real world use for this, other than for internet fun and sensation, you can choose to keep it or sell it off, up to you.
It's like a lie that those stickers are like for fun while the Telegram CEO planned to develop something that allow users to convert Telegram stickers to NFTs that are sellable. In the end, it's no longer just for fun, but purely for money.
NFTs are useless and "for fun, then turn to for money" Telegram stickers then Telegram NFTs will cause money losses of many users. I don't consider this as a funny development from Telegram.
