Thanks

After reading your post, I decided to try again. It worked and the withdrawal was very fast, basically instantaneous and free

All working now, thanks everyone!!

Sometimes you just have to try long enough to make it work. Had the same at other sites where I for example waited forever for a withdrawal to be sent, then I cancel it and request it again and the funds are sent within minutes.
We never know how and why things happen with cashier issues but most of the time a little patience and trying again is the solution.

I agree, my Withdrawal was very fast too.

I had problems at first , but once it worked my withdrawal was completed in very few seconds.

But I think they should improve their error messages, because just a 406 error means nothing to me..

It's another side of expansion your business with new channels, like from mobile-focused to desktop expansion, or oppositely, and from web-browser to applications and other things like Telegram-based and oppositely. Such operational expansion or migration always contains a lot of risk factors and you can not control all things happen during and after the expansion or migration.

The team are capable of doing good development and maintenance of their operation, so I believe they will be able to develop more things as well as improving current things for better platform operations and more smoothly experience of their customers.

Voice and opinion from customer community are precious for them to realize their platform issues, imperfect things for further improvements.

@Whale

At what date did you receive the Certificate of Operation first time?

I assume that not only Bitcointalk users come, or users at all who will look for similar information in this ANN. Given that the problem is recognized, this should certainly be fixed so as not to complicate the use of the platform.

I'm not sure if these licenses are publicly viewable anywhere, you would probably see the issue date there.

As far as I know, the licenses do not expire immediately after 12 months but have a longer term - or can be extended relatively easily under the same number.

What exactly do you need this information for? Perhaps we can help you better if we know exactly what you need the information for?
