Many casinos have stipulated in their ToS that players from "Restricted Countries" are not allowed to play. If you use a VPN for access, you are in breach of the ToS. This is often not a problem when playing on the platform, but if you want to pay out winnings and the casino checks the user account, it is very likely that the payout will be blocked. I guess it happens when you use the your VPN then set it to one of restricted region of their casino. Also I think you can solve that issue if you uninstall that VPN then restart your device since I think you can restart your session by doing those things.

But it seems that your issue has been solve now and I think this is a reminder that its better for people not to use VPN so that they won't encounter any issue.
