    Do you know that Last U19 World cup was won by India. Also India has won the U19 world cup most numbers of time i.e 4 times.
    England won it in 1998, Australia in 2010 and Pakistan in 2006, so on what basis you are saying that these 3 teams are strong when compared with India ?

    So far, it looked as if the best team out there was West Indies. They had comfortable victories against two of the strongest teams (Australia and England). The West Indian pace bowlers (especially Matthew Forde and Jayden Seales) were exceptional during their match against Australia. They did well, considering the fact that their group is the toughest out there (Group B). Now either England or Australia will be relegated to the plate league and will play along the lower ranked sides for the next phase of the tournament (West Indies has advanced to the Super League).

    I feel that Maxwell may have specifically requested not to be selected for the Indian tour as he doesn’t wish to rush his comeback to international cricket, and it’s not a bad decision because this way he’ll be able to come back in a better shape. There’s no doubt that the Australian middle order would be strengthened by his return, but I feel that Australia selectors are planning for the future and hence they’re grooming those players as they’ll be the ones who’ll replace Maxwell in the long term.

    It was a surprise for the fans that Glenn Maxwell was not selected for the Indian tour but Aron Finch said after the series to the media about his exclusion and he responded that Glenn Maxwell does not have a place in the current team as they are trying to built a new team with youngsters, what you said is right, he will give the middle order some batting power in the dead overs.

    I think you're wrong. A good coach is always needed in all games to win the matches. To come up with a good strategy against a strong team you need a good coach and captain for the team. There are a lot of things players can learn from these experienced coaches and it will help them then they are under stress.

    Every match has a strategy and building the best team requires a good coach and a captain and the bowlers will plan and have a strategy to get the opposite batsman out and every batsman will prepare to face specific bowlers and coaching is an integral part in any sport, India reached the top during the reign of Gary Kirsten as a coach and Mahendra Singh Dhoni as the captain and they captured many tournaments including world cups as every player in the team has specific roles in the team and without a good coach these are not possible.

    Very exciting match between England and Australia ongoing at the U-19 World Cup. Australia need 253 to win, and are comfortably placed at 127/2 after 25 overs. This match is a must win for both the teams, as the loser will be relegated to the plate league. Both the teams had lost their match against West Indies earlier. So far.. it looks like England will end up playing with teams such as Japan and Nigeria.  Grin

    Every major cricket team has coaches for specific objective and it all depends upon the decision of the head coach i guess and Bangladesh does need specific training when it comes to bowling as they have good talents and if they need to work on specific objective plans when it comes to bowling and strategy they need the help of a specialized coach and i am expecting some changes in the bowling department when it comes to line and length and if it can make the team better so be it.

    This can be explained with the matches played between teams with young players and the teams with experienced ones. Recently I saw it on the match between India and Bangladesh, when India lost the match the squad of India is full of young and new players. Finally in the third match where the series winner is decided Bangladesh has got the increased winning possibility. Here the lack of experience from the players and the lack of coaching caused them loss to India. So, unlike the game Coach is much more important.

    Incredible match ongoing at the U19 World Cup. New Zealand needs 193 to win against India, in 23 overs (Required Run Rate of 8.39 runs per over). New Zealand is off to a very strong start, and as of now they are from 74/1 from 7 overs. Rhys Mariu has scored 38 from 24 balls and he is smashing the Indian bowlers all around the park. BTW, both the teams have already qualified for the next stage.

    India have won more U19 world cup as they won 4 till now and then comes Australia with 3 and then comes Pakistan won it twice. India is the defending champions and they are really strong to win and retain the cup this time around, i am also not following the matches this year but last year i watched a few matches because of some young fast bowling sensations.

    I think you're wrong. A good coach is always needed in all games to win the matches. To come up with a good strategy against a strong team you need a good coach and captain for the team. There are a lot of things players can learn from these experienced coaches and it will help them then they are under stress.

    If i was wrong then why the Bangladesh team was not able to make any significant improvement in their bowling department when they have hired a new good bowling coach ?  They lost the two T20s recently.
