But I guess with the problems Kraken currently has I will take my business elsewhere anyway. I really hope you guys get your shit together and keep this exchange running.

Got 85k EUR stuck with "on hold" status. It happened because their bank shortened the sender's name or something. Tier 4 verified.
Nobody is willing to help. Last week someone on reddit marked my ticket as escalated, but no news till now.

I processed a $25K Wire deposit from a USA bank on June 9th (today is June 21) but it is still "On Hold" and I don't know why.

I submitted Tickets 360183 and 370555 with the Wire details but haven't received a response.  I am Tier 4 verified.

I transferred to kraken.com. They (€ SEPA) got it the other day. It is "On Hold".

I opened a number request 342111 (Confirm the deposit)

Answer:

..."I just looked at your account and it looks like your deposit had a space between k raken.com for Kraken,com
It was most likely an error done by the bank. I am forwarding your account ot our payments department to be released."

The deposit is "On Hold".

12 Business days waiting.
