Sorry about this - since Vogogo closed their operations we had to switch over to another provider for EFT withdrawals. We thought it would be a simple matter of transfer funds and go, but transferring the funds took a long time and there's some integration work that's taking longer than expected as well. Probably support didn't have an ETA to give and it doesn't help to just make one up. I checked in on this and it sounds like we may be able to start getting the withdrawals processing in the next day or two. This is just a rough estimate though, not an ETA, and it could end up taking longer.

I have two complaints. Firstly I did a bitcoin withdraw. Without a notice that I would need to confirm it by email it was cancelled. A second time also since I did not get a notice at all. And the normal mails only state that the withdraw can be cancelled.

So did kraken change something or why is there no notice?

Secondly... there was a time when kraken was handling sepa withdrawals pretty fast. I think a couple of times daily they were forwarded. Now this seems to have slowed down again. I have a withdraw that hangs in status sending since 30 hours again. It would be really great to change this since most of the time I want the money fast.

Well on the other point it looks like sending is not the status. The success seems to happen sometimes later. It still shows sending but now the money is in my account.

I've also seen this happen to a few withdrawals.

So that is how they are able to selectively rob their own customers with impunity!?

you are wrong. the financial licenses exist since a long time ago(in all the countries) but all the exchangers ran their business being illegally.

 now, few of them own this license but Kraken is not part of them.

Ehm...any idea how to recover the master key? Is there some kind of security questions or something?

I made a deposit a week ago which never arrived into my Kraken account. i then received an email from Support saying my "Withdrawal" (remember i actually made a deposit) was being scrutinized by Paycash. I was then asked if I could think of some documentation to provide as proof of income.

This is utterly crazy. After some vague requests - I've now had to submit two bank statement and two payslips- and still no word. It IS easier to get a mortgage. For the record my deposit was < £10k and I'm Tier 3 verified.

I missed my trading window, and BTC price has pumped and I'm in danger of Paycash simply returning my funds (which i paid my bank £20 to transfer via SWIFT).
This service is impractical, unprofessional, and totally unreliable. Kraken is literally costing me money and this isn't the first time my small deposits have been held up.
Can someome please help ASAP?

Yes, funding through PayCash can be problematic because they often request extra documentation. There's not much we can do though except work with their requirements as best we can. If you PM me your ticket number I'll be happy to take a look though and see if there's anything we can do to speed things up.
