Update: I've passed all ticket numbers along to support to escalate (including the one you just posted @azzur). Support will respond as soon as they can, but it won't be immediately since it's getting to the point where it's taking a while to get through the escalated tickets (and of course we can't ignore those who haven't escalated either).
Sorry about the poor site/API performance earlier today. It's improved but we're still under very heavy load and I expect performance will be subpar until the trade volume and traffic to the site goes down by a fair amount.
I know it doesn't seem like it, but we are improving things under the surface. Hiring more support agents, improving infrastructure (even a few months ago the current traffic and volume would have absolutely killed our servers, so even though there are obvious issues still it would have been much much worse if we were doing nothing to improve).
