- Friends, we're pleased to announce that our Monero reserves continue to grow thanks to swap fees. In just 30 days, our reserves have increased by $110,000, now reaching $270,000. This is great news, as just a few months ago, our XMR reserves were only $10,000!
- A crazy trading competition will launch next week and will last for three months! 🏆
- I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the 11 translators who ensured b1exch is featured in the local sections! 💪
Wow, that's a lot of revenue in just a month. I haven't thought about that for the fees of the swaps will make so much. Congratulations to the b1ack team and it seems that the marketing from different forums are very effective.
I think you may have misinterpreted b1ack's comment, and I can see why. The wording is a bit misleading. What I think he meant is that due to blexch's low fees a lot of people are trading Monero on the platform. Current XMR to BTC exchange rates make it a good time to sell Monero for Bitcoin, so it makes sense that the few exchanges that accept Monero are seeing their XMR reserves growing.
Thanks for making it stretched for me to understand it clearer. The volume is noticeable for that pair and so that's why.
We will have the same fee going in for a long time.
What might change is other coins to xmr might get cheaper or xmr to other coins stay cheaper.
2% is a very low fee for XMR swapping and like @examplens said, it's the lowest we've on market currently. If it remains 2% in future then surely more and more users will take benefit from such low fees. 2% is already quite cheap XMR to BTC, but as you said it might be cheaper for other coins, and then a good number of users will take benefit from those low fees. The users might Swap their ETH or USDT to XMR for cheaper rates and have high levels of privacy. I've noticed some growth in XMR reserves of b1exch, XMR reserves are around 914.94 XMR =$304,744, and that means the reserves are growing fast.
I guess most of the XMR holders were quite active in selling in BTC pair and they're aware of what's lowest in fee in the market currently.
Swaps are now automatically deleted after 15 days.- Exchange-related data - including deposit addresses, destination addresses, refund addresses, amounts, and transaction identifiers - is permanently and irreversibly deleted after 15 days. This is not an archival or soft-delete process. The data is destroyed at the database level and cannot be recovered, reconstructed, or produced by b1eXch or any third party after deletion has occurred. After the 15-day retention window, swap IDs can no longer be used to look up order details. No historical record of the transaction will exist in any queryable system.
To maintain anonymity of the users, this is a good one. AFAIK, other swaps are keeping records/logs.
