No, it's not necessary. When the site goes for maintenance, then the homepage automatically will redirect to the maintenance page, where you can notice about the maintenance. It's true; additionally, they could add estimated times for the maintenance, but since it's related to coding, developers could estimate the time. But it's quite hard to predict the exact maintenance time. If an error comes during the development, then it would take more time.

However, the developer could at least adds the possible timeframe to understand the site would come online within that period, but it's really not mandatory.

It's already been implemented. Because when the site was on maintenance mode, the homepage was disabled, which is the swap page as well. There was a notice about the maintenance, but there wasn't any estimated timeframe to go live again, and we are talking about that. That means if the swap page is disabled, you can't find any swap direction and can't get a deposit address as well. So there are no issues for deposit unless users make mistakes by sending funds to the old deposit address.

So right now is I made some transaction from USDC to USDT and just notice here upon taking a refresh while waiting for the deposit confirmation is why not have a logo of the b1exch.to upon loading then I check for the confirmation its took 12 confirmation its its possible that after 10/12 confirmation there is a transaction began like doing the swapped? so both the time of having a receiving the funds and the sending funds will start immediately.

Well another smooth swapped.

Although I understood that even after the maintenance was completed, it would take some time for the transaction to complete smoothly. Even though it took longer than expected, the exchange was completed easily.

Actually, the thing was asked about because dingdongdong shared his experience here. Otherwise, there was no issue. Thank you for explaining the matter.

Yes, I don't think it is necessary to announce the maintenance everywhere. Informing users in one important place is enough. People visit the webpage mainly to make exchanges, so if the maintenance notice is already displayed there, then there is hardly any need to announce it elsewhere. It will be even better if those in the admin panel actively share the information here as well.

The most positive thing is that this time, while the maintenance work was ongoing, our campaign manager informed us about it here.

b1ack, what's your general opinion of websites like this that invite projects to apply for inclusion in their listings?

I've always felt that such sites aren't worth paying much attention to, since they probably don't have enough reach or resources to generate meaningful exposure. However, from time to time I look through these kinds of listings and notice that there's one exchange that could be considered your competitor which appears in virtually all of these lesser-known directories. As a result, its name does end up sticking in my mind.

Have you ever tried this kind of marketing?

This usually happens by itself, especially on smaller sites/directories, there is almost no need for additional marketing requests from the service. @marto25 drew attention to his site, got some kind of backlink to it, and that was the basic idea.
For services starting from scratch, every share and listing about them is welcome, even if it's just a few clicks.

very cool design, what's the max amount you can swap?

First time I heard about your platform. Are you going to give additional visibility to b1exch, or do you want to gain some extra traffic from them? I am not sure how popular you are, but most of the people aren't familiar with your service here. So first you have to gain popularity among crypto users, just like BestChange. Then platforms like b1exch will be interested in interacting with you. So first you need some more visibility, and then platforms will request you to list their site.

Dear b1exch users,

We sincerely apologize for the technical issues experienced over the past few days. Some swaps were delayed, stuck, or left unprocessed, and we are aware that some users may have been charged incorrect or unusually high fees.

Our team has spent the last 72 hours working continuously to fix the bugs, restore the system, increase reserves, and improve security. All major swaps have now been processed, and the platform is stable again.

Due to the recent attacks and risks faced by exchange projects, we have taken stronger security measures to protect users, funds, and operations. As part of these improvements, we are no longer relying on single focused pools. Instead, we are using multiple addresses, pools, and routing methods.

This may cause larger swaps to take more time, but it helps keep operations stable, coins clean, and user activity more private and secure.

If you still have any issue, please create a support ticket and our team will review it as soon as possible. If you were charged unusually high fees, please also open a ticket so we can check your case and reimburse eligible users.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and difficult experience during this period. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued trust.

We are at your service.
