There’s so much hype about OKC making it to the Conference Finals! 
But now they’re up against a tough team that’s also deadly from the 3-point line, and even worse, they’ve had more rest before Game 1.

Honestly, I have no clue how this matchup will go. It might be a close one… or the Wolves might just go full beast mode and dominate.

From what I’ve seen, when the Wolves are hitting their outside shots, they usually walk away with the win. So let’s see if they can carry that momentum into the Conference Finals.

I totally agree.. OKC was the best team in the regular season, no doubt. And if you checked the NBA futures before, they’re actually the favorites to win it all. Even though they’re young, they play like a well-oiled machine especially SGA, who just bagged that MVP award.

But you know having a gamblers mindset, I’ve always had a soft spot for the underdogs. And the Wolves are no joke. They’ve got a solid squad with vets like Gobert and Conley who have a lot of playoffs experience.

ANT is doing great, and seeing them on finals would be a great amazing situation, that has to be the key to his legacy as well. However, what we are seeing at the moment is what we can count on him.

But, OKC has played amazing against Denver, so we can see that OKC could be a tough opponent, that has to be the biggest problem, so we are changing that for the long term. If we do that then we are going to be toughest thing that would make sure, if we can get a good seven game series again, that is going to be tough one. If we can get a greater deal of this, and has to be very tough series. I am not even sure if we can bet on this neither, because I have no clue if we are going to see which one will win which game, it's pretty close.

Indeed, they are a good matchup. I won't be surprised if the series goes up to Game 7. I'm rooting for the Wolves here, but we can't deny OKC is so good. They are consistent in their offense, especially SGA, and the other players are also contributing. Williams as well, he is pretty consistent. If Holmgren becomes consistent and scores 20+ as well, that's a big problem for the Wolves. They should put a little more effort into defense, especially on SGA, while avoiding contact to limit his free throws.

I thought there were no games today, but I check it there is. The first game of the Western Conference Finals. Who do you think will win Game 1 and the whole series? Personally, I think OKC will take Game 1 and they’ll also win the series. Score prediction I think 4-1 OKC. You guys what your picks?

Is there a Finals MVP for the Conference Finals? If there is I think it would be either SGA or Jalen Williams. J-Will played really well in their last game against the Nuggets and he also ruined my parlay. I didn’t expect him to score 17 points in just one quarter, I bet the under 17.5 points on him. lol that sucks right.. That’s why it’s really tough to bet on player props during live games.

How about you when betting on NBA player props, do you prefer betting live or before the game starts?

They should manhandle the Wolfes and this game 1 was already a start in the right direction. Sure is was close for a while but in the end they basically destroyed Minnesota. Everybody you expected to show up big for OKC did there part and contributed great.
Let's see how the Wolfes will respond in game 2, it's gonna be tough for them. I said it before, this matchup really favors OKC in so many points. Minnesota winning this series would be a HUGE upset!

By the way, there is no such thing as a conference finals MVP. 

The Thunder beat the Wolves too easily in the first game. Yes, in the first half, the game was really close, but in the second half, the Thunder just dominated. Looking at the stats, you can see that the Wolves had problems with their field goal percentage, which indicates that the Thunder had great defense.
Let's see what will happen in the next matches, but at first glance, it seems that this series will be easy for the Thunder.

It was not easy though as you have said, it was very close in the first half. The Wolves was hot specially Julius Randle hitting those outside 3's. But in the 3rd quarter, there are a lot of shift in the momentum, as the OKC played great defense on Randle and it was just late in the 3rd quarter when he scored. But that time, OKC is already going into 2 digits lead. And it was the defense again of Caruso he put on Randle and the whole team was really working like a well oiled machine, each one picking it's intensity to drive and then hit outside shot. I'm not sure how the Wolves are going to adjust, ANT needs to come up big here and be consistent, not just in the first half alone.

That’s exactly what OKC did, they went on a solid run, and their opponents just couldn’t answer back. They made huge adjustments in the second half, stepped up on defense, and got their shots falling which resulted to a dominant win.

But what I love about this series is that the Wolves aren’t going down easy.
I’m expecting a tight Game 2 and honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if the Wolves bounce back and take it.

I noticed that OKC's adjustments happened mostly in the 2nd half they allow thier opponents to show up during first half and put up that tough defense after reading whatever the system is being run by the opposing team, then rally strong and bring that offense everywhere as we know OKC's cores are all capable to give decent numbers, that's something Wolves needs to work on and find that best adjustment to counter  OKC's system.
