There are some altcoins that also have fiat exchanges, and most of them still aren't being propped up by that. Most have abysmal volume and don't really do anything on the market, and thus they kind of just end up falling into obscurity. There isn't anything to keep a lot of altcoins alive aside from speculation, and that's just because they've been stigmatized to basically always be seen as a speculation tool rather than a technological advancement.

I think bitcoin still good or even more better without altcoin. So all cryptocoins user will focus and use bitcoin. It will affect the price of bitcoin too, it can be increase a bit high.

all of that is crypto currency bitcoin is the mother or the first coin be established and now there are alt coin that want to be the first or want to beat the bitcoin and i think it also helps to increase the value of bitcoin to be remain at the top of crypto currency.

Yup, that is certainly true. Many of us buy bitcoin to buy altcoin. because altcoin is one of those places that can be folded up duplicate bitcoin becoming more and this is the most easy way to do. The word that is certainly true, as all outstanding altcoin definitely do a conversion using bitcoin

I agree. Alts increase the liquidity of BTC. They also act as 'sandboxes' where the BTC devs can learn from changes and improvements to Block Chain technology in general. They also act as a value hedge to BTC. Overall I don't think you can think of BTC and the Alts as being a separate entity or activity - it's largely symbiotic. 

I think Altcoin becoming non-existent would not be possible. People would always create copies of something that is brilliant. In this case, it's Bitcoin that got copied. People would always get the idea of "let's copy that" right after seeing something cool.

Anyway, without altcoin, then maybe the price of Bitcoin would even be greater because people have nothing else to trade but Bitcoin. It's also possible that the price of Bitcoin is much less because people got bored of trading a single coin into fiat.

To buy Altcoins, people usually have to buy Bitcoin first, then I believe it somehow helps the Bitcoin price. Moreover, other cryptocurrencies usually end up leading others to know Bitcoin.

I think that Alton is there to help improve the next version of bitcoin.  I believe there will be a bitcoin transition later in the future, a lot later in the future and the improvements made to alt coins are the blueprints for any new change.  Keep on advancing!

Some alts have a good point, and some are just trash, trap, pump and dump... But yeah, some alts can change the world like bitcoin are doing but in another way.
