A lot of people reacted to what happened in Thunder vs Lakers today, especially the 2 technical fouls on Luka, and after that, a technical foul too for Jarred Vanderbilt.
In social media, there's a meme I can see about the official referees for today's matches because they hated them for some calls.

I can agree that there are some bad calls and missed calls (both teams) from the officials, even the commentator noticed it.

The Western Conference is really more interesting to follow this regular season than the Eastern Conference. To be honest, I don't remember it ever happening before when teams from 4th to 7th place in the Western Conference standings had identical results at the end of the season.

Luka returning to Dallas tonight on ESPN. That might be must watch basketball if you love the NBA. I’m glad that it looks like AD and Luka will both be playing. I wish it was being broadcast on TNT instead of ESPN but you can always get what you want. But if you try sometimes… You’ll get what you need.

We’ll see. I have an opposite take though. I don’t think either team needs to win and their goal is most likely to make sure nobody gets injured. Luka will want to put on a show but maybe his teammates will make it their mission to not let that happen. We’ll have to see what the game plan is, but I don’t think it will be super competitive. Maybe between LeBron and AD.

It was supposed to be Wemby, but because of the injury halfway through the season, someone else will get the DPOY. Jaren Jackson Jr. of the Memphis Grizzlies and Evan Mobley of the Cleveland Cavaliers were on the top spot after Wemby's injury, but now it is Draymond Green who is getting a lot of attraction, and he is actually the odds favorite to win it.

Still, I think the voters (sportscasters) will look at the standings of the teams, and I actually want Luguentz Dort to win this time. That dude is playing great on both ends of the floor and is actually one of the reasons why OKC Thunder is on the top spot. The difference will be on the rebounding section when it comes to stats since Draymond has moved in his average than Dort. Steals, on the other hand, are almost identical.

There are also other good defenders but they're names aren't echoing much. We've seen Wemby to be the best but yeah, that's the problem for him.

He became injured and that makes him out of the award.

Many wouldn't like to see Draymond get that DPOY but we'll see, it's always justifiable with this award to see who will handle it this season.

If the system changes with their new head coach, that's also going to affect the gameplay that they have. But we all think that it's still going to rotate at most times still with Jokic. Just because of some quarrel and misunderstanding, they'd end up with this decision. It's too bad for the entire team but not for the management as they're satisfied already with Malone's service.

Currently watching the Lakers and the Mavericks at Mav's home. The game is so close and we're already near to the end of the 2nd quarter (6 mins). Scores aren't going that much far and always get to tie. 45-43 as of typing this. Luka contributing 21 points already and this half hasn't ended yet.

Exactly my feeling. Was waiting for this game for weeks and it's just as good as expected. The tribute was nice and the tears heartbreaking. Still such a shame how dirty they did him!! Needless to say, I am glad to see how well he is playing today, he should torch them big time. 31 point til now, it would be perfect if he could drop a career high but that's quite steep since his ath is 73 points.

I've seen that moment when he's got those tears. He's still have the heart for the team but what's important is the present. At least Luka got to see that he's still appreciated by the staff and all the fans that have come along with his journey. We're already on the last quarter of the game, quite a lead for the Lakers but the Mavs are catching up. 10:26 remaining to the time and 83-82, smaller lead for the Lakers. Those missed free throws of Luka should have add up but there are so many turn overs.
