Wrong step. He stepped on the foot of Jabari Smith Jr., and that made his ankle roll. I hope he is okay, though. There are no reports yet about the status of the injury and the MRI might come out later. He is expected to miss their next games. Sadly, that's 3 consecutive road games so Booker would need his monster game to come out at each of them.

It is not impossible for Mavs to face Lakers, but it is quite unlikely too. I would assume they will be gone before they reach there, they have neither Kyrie nor AD on their squad for this season if I am not wrong. What Lakers desperately need right now is to rest their stars, if they can somehow keep their rank while also resting both Luka and Lebron at the same time, they will have what they need and they will be getting a good chance at the title run.

But so far whenever those two are resting, hell even when one of them is resting, they end up being not so great. Of course that is normal because those two could be considered the whole team, rest aren't that good, not good at all, but they need to be able to win some games against tanking teams.

AD has move on as well, that's why he is playing great in the Mavs uniform, yes, they are really pushing it hard for the play-in and doesn't want to waste their season. Just imagine though if everyone is healthy it could really be a different version of the Mavs with AD now as their main player.


Great to hear that, now the process of rehabilitating begins. Hopefully, just like other players, he should come back and recover. But it will take some time though, it might be another full season and many things could happen during the time.

We have the Lakers on TNT tonight against the Rockets. While I’m not excited to watch the Rockets play, they are usually full of drama so having them meet with Luka and LeBron could provide some moments that are worth seeing. Would be nice to see the Lakers dominate a team ranked much higher than them.

We've seen that the addition of Luka to the team is helpful and could win them games like this one. I want to see how some drama with Dillon and Lebron goes.

He's a very effective man in taunting the crowd. For which is the drama starts and we'd love to see that later.

Zion Williamson and CJ McCollum are both being shut down by the Pelicans for the remainder of the season. Not a big surprise really. Has Zion Williamson ever been healthy at the end of a season in his career? I understand that he’s a freak athlete with amazing talent, but at what point does his value tank based on him never being on the court?

They wanted him, but the problem is Williams didn't pass the physical test because of his past injuries, and how many games he played in the last 3 years. If I'm not mistaken, he played around 30% of the total games in the last 3 years which for us is horrible that's why they went to another big hence, they get Alex Len but... we know what happened before that.

As for Hayes, he's too skinny for me to be a center. Yes, he's an athletic, tall guy, but if the Lakers wanted him to be their starting center for the future, they need to develop him even more. What's good about him though is that he is playing way better ever since Luka went to LA because he's the recipient of the lob pass that comes from Luka. Anyway, if the Lakers will fail this playoffs, I'm pretty sure they will get a back-up big in the off-season. I have high expectations about them though. Maybe the highest that they can get is the 2nd round or even the Conference Finals depending on their opponent.

Yep, he's back, but they just lost against a tanking team like the Nets 113-109. AD is still playing on limited minutes, but the Mavericks can't afford to have losses like this moving forward. What's good why didn't went to 10th spot is the Kings also lost against the Pacers so they remained at the 9th seed. The Suns are coming though as they're only 1.5 games behind the Mavericks.

Yep! AD actually fits perfectly for the Mavs. He knows his game and he's kinda uncomfortable playing for the Center position. He'll be more productive and effective both offensively and defensively when he's playing at 4.
Let's just wait till the Mavs have their whole roster back healthy. I'm looking forward next season and hope Kyrie will fully recover during that time.
While the Lakers on the hand may not need a Center for now as it will only slow them down offensively. When Vincent and DFS are hitting 3s, they are hard to defeat.
